  • Brand Building : To communicate identity and reinforce position.
  • Commerce : Set Short- & long-term strategies and identify business-building chances to develop and grow strategic partnership with Key customers in Angola.
  • Brand Strategy : To implement actions that drive results and reach set targets across all channels.
  • Improve our selling advantage by driving customer category growth and contributing to their category strategies.
  • Develop plans to win with customer & channels, making every store a growth engine for our brands.
  • Conduct on regular basis formal cross-functional Pricing & Portfolio reviews to identify underperforming products and lead the decision-making process to establish systematic action plans
  • Initiate, execute and monitor Sell out, Advertising, and / or Marketing activities at all points of sales across different channels.
  • Act as the liaison between the customers and internal stakeholders ensuring clients requirements are met.
  • Ensure that the products have the optimum visibility on shelves and in store and replenish stock if needed.
  • Data & Insights : Prepare weekly and monthly report analysis for discussion in monthly sales meeting. Realize marketing research, monitor trends, consumer behavior and competitor’s activities.
  • Measure impact of all marketing activities, their effect on sales (ROI and KPIs).
  • Detailed monthly reports on sales / stock, activities, sales budget, competitors’ analysis, and consumer behavior and trends.

    We Hope to Find the Following in Your CV :

  • Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of meaningful Sales experience in FMCG environment, Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience in FMCG Distribution required with proven track record in new business development skills
  • Extensive history of commercial experience in Marketing / Sales and a proven track record of successfully growing brands and exceeding volume and profitability targets is desired.
  • Previous experience in Personal Care Toiletries category is a plus.
  • Born leader and passionate to make things happen, collaborating well with diverse groups of people
  • Positive can-do attitude and the ability to influence staff on a 360 basis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Comfort with databases and excel reports.
  • Curiosity, a willingness to listen and the desire to continuously learn.
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English is a must.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must have his own car.
