Connecting People. Improving Lives. Currently, we are seeking for Tax Specialist in this role, the successful candidate will : Provides advice professional and robust tax and legal advice on all local and international tax matters and more specifically TAX.
Focus on the management and delivery of client engagements, as well as sales and practice development. Key Responsibilities.
Oversee tax accounting, preparation and submission of tax returns, tax assessments and tax returns, execution of tax payments and refunds.
Provide tax advice, contacts and alignment with Finance Director and other relevant stakeholders.
Advise senior management on tax matters and on the potential impact of laws and regulations on business operations.
Ensure consistency on overarching topics with tax relevance and manage tax impact.
Facilitate and support local tax audit, inform local Finance Director / CFO and provide update on audits.
Manage proactively local tax optimization (e.g. internal restructuring).
Identify and manage new risks / opportunities, analyze existing risks, decide on necessity for tax provision and conduct requests for rulings.
Evaluate and enhance activities, policies, practices, and transactions to achieve compliance and avoid criminal tax proceedings.
Develop tax control environment and initiate continuous improvements.
Support negotiation with tax authorities, tax auditors and statutory auditors.
Manage the affairs relation to VAT and other indirect taxes in line with relevant regulations and professional codes of practice .

Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in an Indirect Tax team Good command of English would be a plus.
