Service Delivery Manager Is accountable for the Contract commitments to provide services for the Client. Ensure that preventive,corrective and supportive works are duly completed.
Manages the staff assigned to the Contract :
Is in charge of the integration of new employees insuring training on HSE, quality, technical and safety.
Responsible for the completion control and validation of time sheets
Manage payment of expatriates living allowances
Contract Budget Management and contract P&L
Prepares bids following call for tenders
Responsible for client relations, GTR and Performance indicators
Program management on new telecom projects installation and construction with the customer
Manage consumables, spare parts, stock and orders.
Oversight on repair process, shipments, deliveries and invoicing.
Responsible for the weekly and monthly activity & call billing reporting for the Client
Responsible for monthly invoicing, petty cash and local procurements.
