Commercial Strategy & Planning Contribute to development of Sales Plan
Implementing channel & account’s strategies, terms and conditions and other best practice in the identified accounts, ensuring the best advantage for each brand / category is achieved profitably.
Develop and maintain a clear understanding of developments in the accounts and exploiting all the opportunities.
To take ownership for maximizing business volume through successful implementation, execution and evaluation of key sales functions to enhance sustainable growth and profitability for the company.
Implement parts of Customer Marketing strategies
Successful execution of the business plans (account activity grids as agreed with Sales Manager).
Servicing (including selling, merchandising, accounts growth planning and implementation, relations building, promotions and activations)
Ensuring continuous improvement in distribution, merchandising, call coverage, efficient resource utilization from the distributors and other 3rd party agencies.
To implement class of trade strategies for each brand to the best advantage for each brand in the account.
Schedule weekly business review meetings with the Area Sales Manager to discuss sales targets, marketing ideas and problem areas etc.
Route to Market and Distributor Management Coordinate with, SSA, Market Companies and Brand Companies (when relevant) levels
Internal stakeholders aware of Marketing activities
Flow of information between Marketing, Market Companies and Brand Companies
Collaborate with external agencies
External agencies given necessary support to deliver project objectives

Brand Execution & Activations
A. Brand Knowledge
Ensure Brand training and understanding including prioritization with all partners and their team.
Collaborate with the marketing and Trade marketing teams to develop appropriate plans for each market.
Influence consumer promotional plans and manage execution with 3rd Party agencies or distributor teams in partnership with the Marketing Team
Pernod Ricard Compliance
Code of Business Conduct and Money Laundry /
Ensure that all 3rd Party adhere to company code of business conduct relevant to geographic area,
Ensure that 3rd Party sales teams have an understanding of alcohol policy, procedures relevant to defined geographic area.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Minimum Educational Requirements and Work Experience :
This entry-level undergraduate degree from a recognized and accredited university.
Successful track record as a Sales Representative for at least one year. Sales experience from a busy FMCG company
Valid driving licence
