Within Africa, Middle East & Caspian region (AMEC), we safely execute Subsea and Conventional projects which connect seabed wellhead infrastructures to surface facilities such as platforms and floating production systems.
We are actively present in a significant number of countries in Africa, Europe, Caspian Sea, Middle East and Asia.
DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTION
Subsea 7 is looking for an HR Advisor for its Luanda office, in Angola, to provide day to day HR Generalist advice and administrative support.
The HR Advisor must be able to deliver a HR service in line with HR policies, processes, systems and relevant local legislation, as well as in line with Subsea7 Luanda business goals and strategies.
This position will report to the HR Manager.
This is an operational HR generalist role where the incumbent will provide advice on L&D, Recruitment, Employee Services and Comp & Ben administration and expatriates management admin.
All personnel are expected to contribute to creating a positive HSSE culture within at the work site and ensure familiarity with, and adherence to, local HSE requirements.
All personnel are also expected to contribute to creating a culture of ethics and integrity and ensure familiarity with, and adherence to, the Subsea 7 Code of Conduct.
