Plan and manage commercial strategy, determining the agreements and analyzing the Customer’s conditions, based on the market situation, covering both exports and imports.
Principais Responsabilidades
Define the Commercial strategy;
Develop the business plan in the area, according to the goals and priorities defined;
Define and promote the implementation of Commercial and marketing policies and procedures;
Ensure the effective and proactive management of the team;
Ensure minimum number of sales calls / sales leads are generated on a regular basis and although meetings are restricted while Covid-19 is on, establish a scheme to cover customers virtually;
Approve the time control (holidays, absences and leave) of the work team;
Develop the team’s performance evaluation and makes career development proposals;
Guarantee the organization and control of the programs, assesses results according to the specific policy and commercial policy to ensure compliance with the Company's offers to Customers;
Monitor the performance of the indicators of the commercial area and Customers;
Guarantee that the evaluation of the needs and the degree of satisfaction of users, customers, freight forwarders and suppliers is being carried out;
Interpret data from market surveys to guide the sector and acquire new Customers;
Set changes in commercial policy and reorganization of processes;
Set commercial scenarios considering market conditions and the company's budget targets;
Elaborate and shares with the organization, internally and Geneva, the market situation on a quarterly, bi-annual and annual basis;
Prepare reports;
Performs other tasks within the scope of its function. Requisitos
Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or equivalent acquired knowledge
10 years of activity in the job, or similar experience
Fluent English language
Microsoft Excel domain
Knowledge of Commercial Legislation
